Meet the Founder

Clare - Grounded. Focused. Proven.

Clare’s journey began in Scotland, where her roots shaped her resilience. In the late 90s, she moved to London, launching a successful career in the automotive industry before making a bold pivot into recruitment. Joining a firm on the cusp of its FTSE listing, she started as a rookie and quickly became a top biller, known for mentoring talent and scaling high-performing teams.

Time and again, Clare was trusted to launch or rebuild divisions from scratch, including one of the company’s fastest-growing accountancy start-ups, followed by leadership of the technology and banking teams. Her success in London led to a pivotal move back to Scotland, where she built a brand-new delivery function, growing it from 7 to 75 in two years.

She was later entrusted with relocating and rebuilding the entire operations function for a global FTSE firm, leading the hiring of a new 250-person service centre in Glasgow. Delivered on time and under budget, the project saved over £8 million in recruitment costs.

Now, Clare is ready for a new chapter, bringing decades of leadership, transformation, and growth experience to her own venture. A passionate sports enthusiast, she brings the same competitive spirit to everything she does. She’s married and a proud mum to a wonderful daughter.
